Hellan Fluid Systems acquires American Design & Manufacturing, now going by American Denco Manufacturing (ADM).
Based in Connecticut, ADM brings decades of experience designing and fabricating custom mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems for demanding industrial applications. Their capabilities span engineered fluid power systems, heat transfer solutions, compressor, turbine and gearbox assemblies, specialty fabrications, and custom control panels, all built to meet rigorous industry standards including ISA, JIC, ANSI, NEC, API, and ASME. ADM is also ISO 9001:2015 certified, reinforcing a shared commitment to quality and precision.
This addition strengthens Hellan’s ability to deliver fully integrated, engineered solutions across fluid handling and control systems.
